This large 3rd floor room was probably used by the head of the household staff. In the 1920s, an in-room bathroom was added, and in the 1940's, this room served as one of the master bedrooms. The original marble sink, a lovely window seat, a large flat screen TV with Roku Streaming Device, and nice sitting area provide you with plenty of amenities for your comfort.

For those that need accommodations for 3 or 4 people, this third floor room consists of the Spencer Suite along with an add-on bedroom we call JC's Room after JC Spencer, the last Spencer to live in the mansion until his passing in 1980. JC's Room is a small bedroom that has a queen bed, a sink, a flat screen TV with Roku and shares the Spencer Suite bathroom in a Jack and Jill type of configuration. Accessed through the Spencer Suite, this room is not available as a standalone room. The addition of JC's room increases the allowed occupancy of the suite to 4 people..

This spacious room on the 2nd floor was the original master bedroom of the house. However, there was a time when William Spencer's uncle inhabited this room. He was a Civil War veteran, and due to a war injury, could not be exposed to sunlight. A wardrobe was built over the bay window in the room and was not removed until 1991 when the windows were exposed again. The bathroom is also not exactly original—it was once a closet. The bath with tub and shower was built in the 1920s for Mrs. Spencer. The fixtures and tile are original. This room offers a king-sized 4-poster cherry bed, nonworking fireplace, seating area and a flat screen tv with Roku streaming device. This room is on the second floor

Mary's room is named for William Spencer's wife, Mary Dupuy. We don't know if she kept a separate room, but if she did, this hand-carved 1880s antique queen bed would have been inviting and comfortable. A matching dresser and an embroidered chair complete the furnishings. Two floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the front and provide plenty of natural light. Two former closets now serve as a private en suite bathroom. This room is on the second floor.

Around the corner from the nursery the nanny would have her own room and bath. This room is tucked nicely in the back of the house and is private and cozy. The room features an original marble fireplace (although no longer working), a queen bed and a flat screen TV with Roku streaming device. The curtained off, private hallway is lined in exposed original brickwork and is where the private bathroom, featuring a clawfoot tub with shower, is located. This room is on the second floor
